Camberwell Fields creates a sustainable neighbourhood of 279 one, two and three-bedroom homes arranged in 10 separate blocks for shared ownership, rental and outright sale. The development reconnects the neighbourhood with urban blocks, carefully responding to the scale and materials of the surrounding context and creating new pedestrian routes linking through to the surrounding area. New private landscaped courtyards, communal roof terraces and generous balconies are created with the project achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. The project was highly praised by the Considerate Constructors Scheme for its exceptional dedication to considerate construction. We provided all mechanical and electrical services.
