Our brief was to provide all mechanical and electrical services for the existing nursery school, producing an initial condition survey report and mechanical services performance specification. Work completed included a new solar water heating system and new underfloor heating system with natural gas-fired boiler. We also advised the architect on the power distribution strategy as a result of the initial survey.
