The redevelopment on Bath Street involves the demolition of existing properties and substantial regeneration of this area of St Helier. The project includes a 122-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, 82 one-bed and 63 two-bed apartments, food and beverage units, retail/commercial units, car park and bicycle parking spaces together with all associated residential amenity areas, refuse stores, plant and service areas. We are providing all mechanical, electrical, sustainability and fire consultancy services from conception through to completion including all drawings, calculations, schedules and specifications. Work includes preparing routes of new supplies to the buildings, above ground drainage strategy, heating, mechanical ventilation services, comfort cooling, hot and cold water, main electrical services distribution, lighting, power installations, fire detection systems, security and telecoms.
