St James’s Hotel and Club is a luxury 60-bed boutique five-star hotel located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Mayfair. The Victorian townhouse, which was founded in 1857 has been completely restored and modernised. We provided all mechanical and electrical services working extensively with the client and design team to ensure that the installation of all new building services would have minimum impact on the interior and exterior of the historic building.
