The refurbishment of the ground and basement floors of a former warehouse combines a small workshop and office units into one large office unit spanning both floors with a new internal feature staircase. Alterations and repairs were made to the facade to create a new main entrance and provide natural daylight to the basement floor through the large windows and generous floor to ceiling heights. We provided all mechanical and electrical services including power supply investigations, comfort cooling, lighting, drainage and preparing performance specifications and outline design drawings with detailed design being carried out by appointed sub-contractors.
