Watts Grove is a new build, 100% affordable residential project in an undeveloped brownfield site in east London. The 65 homes are made from steel and sustainably forested CLT, assembled and fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and fittings under factory conditions. This provides a high level of quality and consistency which is not often achieved through traditional construction methods. Constructed in 50% less time than a traditional build and at 10% less cost, the project unlocks a difficult site while minimising the impact of the build on the neighbourhood, reducing deliveries, noise and disruption. These high-quality homes are energy efficient and sustainable - materials have been chosen that are robust and hardwearing and will enhance with time ensuring that the building will age with sensitivity. We are providing all mechanical, electrical and sustainability services including the energy sustainability report, PV design and SAP calculations.
