The six-storey building in Kensington, which was formerly apartments has now been transformed into a single-family home. The project included an additional 1800 sq feet of accommodation, sauna, gym and subterranean swimming pool. Works included ground excavation, underpinning, piling and demolition of the existing roof, internal walls and floors while retaining external walls. 12 tons of temporary structural steel and 42 tons of permanent steel was used to support the existing building. We provided all mechanical and electrical services including soil waste and ventilation, water, heating and lighting design.
