The Warehaus project consists of 30 residential units, seven ground floor duplex studio spaces, a rooftop garden and swimming pool. Due to the local industrial buildings and railway line, the building was envisaged as a solid and powerful form by using only bricks and a deep facade. The glass bottomed swimming pool on the roof, gives the atrium natural daylight adding to the internal artwork created by artist and illustrator, Kerry Lemon. We provided all mechanical and electrical services for the project.
