Flexford House is a renovation of an existing 600m2 Grade II listed detached house set within 30 acres. The project involved the addition of a new 100m2 wing that contains a family room/kitchen on the upper level and an indoor swimming pool at lower ground level. The Grade II listed coach house was also converted into residential accommodation. We provided mechanical and electrical services for the project.
