The Churchill Quarter regeneration project will create new homes, square, retail, commercial and flexible community space to accommodate Bromley Town Vision Church. Churchill Quarter is a rich, public realm led, mixed-use development providing 410 new homes, 1800m2 ground floor commercial space and the reprovision of a large community space. The design is the product of comprehensive engagement with local stakeholders and the local planning authority.
