The office building in Camden is headquarters for an International IT company. We completed detailed design works for the shell & core and Category A fit out of the existing 1,200m² space. The offices are set out over 3 floors and designed as flexible workspace, including a new basement level; complete with new state-of-the-art infrastructure and IT systems. The building services included soil & waste, boosted cold water, hot water, ventilation, comfort cooling, controls, electrical distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarms, security and structured wiring.
