About

MWL is an established multi-disciplinary practice of Building Services Engineering Consultants, based in North London. Our services include mechanical, electrical, sustainability, infrastructure and fire consultancy. We have grown steadily since 1987 to a team of over 60 staff, led by four Directors. We work on both new build developments and refurbishments of existing buildings; have adapted and altered iconic and listed buildings for new uses, and provide extensive infrastructure and facilities to meet the demands of modern digital technology.

Sustainability is at the heart of all our projects and an in-house sustainability team comprises a multitude of skillsets, including architecture, project management, and civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Utilising our sustainability professionals, we seek to develop strategies that meet our clients’ requirements, as well as being practical and buildable. As a company we have worked on schemes assessed under National and International sustainability methodologies including BREEAM, LEED and Code for Sustainable Homes.
